Why We Offer Custom Orthotics in Vancouver

At Recovery Health Group, our goal is to provide personalized solutions that support comfort, mobility, and long-term well-being. Because the feet can influence movement throughout the body, we added custom orthotics to complement our rehabilitation and wellness services.

Unlike standard store-bought insoles, custom orthotics are created using each patient’s individual foot information, assessment results, lifestyle, and footwear needs. They may be considered for people experiencing recurring foot discomfort, fatigue while standing, or challenges during work and physical activities.

We work with Orthix, a Canadian custom orthotics lab, to provide our patients with a modern and convenient experience. Foot information and prescription details are submitted digitally, eliminating the need to pack and ship traditional foam impressions.

The Orthix lab reviews the order and custom fabricates each pair according to our assessment and clinical instructions. This digital custom orthotics process also helps us manage orders and follow their progress from assessment to delivery.
